Format: Four modules, self paced, completed independently. A Pre-Course Reflection to start, module lessons in between, Final Reflections plus an end-of-course quiz to close it out.
Who it’s for: Leaders and managers at any level who make decisions, hold authority over others, or are responsible for how a team experiences their leadership day to day. No prior leadership training assumed.
The four modules:
1. What Self-Awareness Actually Is: the accuracy gap between how you see yourself and how your team experiences you, internal versus external self-awareness, and where those patterns first came from in how authority, mistakes, and approval were modelled for you.
2. Your Default Patterns Under Pressure: the four common defaults that take over under pressure, and a small, sustainable practice of self-observation that helps you keep noticing them.
3. Leadership Confidence and Decision Integrity: confidence as an internal state rather than performance, releasing the illusion of control, and what decision integrity actually requires.
4. Leadership Emotional Maturity and Pattern Transformation: the five-stage process from avoidance through to epiphany and integration, and emotion as information rather than noise.
