Format: Four modules, self paced, completed independently. A Pre-Course Reflection to start, module lessons in between, Final Reflections plus an end-of-course quiz to close it out.
Who it’s for: Anyone who leads, whether managing a team, running a business, guiding a community group, or simply wanting to communicate more effectively in working relationships. No prior training required.
The four modules:
1. The Foundations of Clear Communication: clearing the misconceptions about communication, what communication actually is, and the five habits that build clarity, purpose, structure, channel, checking understanding, and reading the room.
2. Active Listening and Navigating Difficult Conversations: the difference between listening to reply and listening to understand, and a simple structure, Open, Describe, Invite, Agree, for raising something difficult.
3. Non-Verbal Communication and Presence: how tone and body language carry meaning, and what presence actually communicates across in-person, video, and written settings.
4. Giving and Receiving Feedback: what makes feedback land, receiving it without becoming defensive, and building a feedback habit rather than a feedback event.
