Format: Four modules, self paced, completed independently. A Pre-Course Reflection to start, module lessons in between, Final Reflections plus a 24 question end-of-course quiz to close it out.
Who it’s for: Anyone stepping into more leadership responsibility, whether formally or informally, who wants a grounded, practical foundation rather than theory for its own sake. No prior leadership training assumed.
The four modules:
1. What Leadership Is, and How It Differs From Management – clearing the common myths about leadership, arriving at a working definition built on influence, shared purpose, and integrity, then the distinction between leadership and management and why both matter.
2. Leadership Responsibilities and Influence Without Authority – the six responsibilities leadership actually carries (direction, psychological safety, developing people, decisions and ownership, communication, leading yourself), and how to build genuine influence when you don’t hold formal power.
3. Your Personal Leadership Philosophy – a structured five step process for defining your own values, purpose, operating principles, style, and growth edges, ending in a written personal philosophy.
4. Facilitative Leadership – the relational foundation underneath everything else: trust, clear communication, transparency, accountability, belief, and vulnerability, and the distinction between authority and genuine influence.
